Mold on back side of new construction—base molding. Installation too soon after concrete floor installed

Mold on back side of wallpaper. Owner smelled a strange odor in the area. Investigation determined improper vapor barrier on exterior wall

Mold on ceiling around HVAC.  Inspection determined  HVAC system problems vents.

Spread of contamination causing secondary fungal growth.

The result from a slow water leak in a pipe in wall. A sheetrock screw “nicked” the copper allowing a small leak for a period of 1 year. The damage was hidden behind a bath vanity. Owner “smelled: something funny in the room.
