RYAN ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, LLC is a specialized, licensed contracting company providing turnkey solutions to your environmental or building structure problems.

We specialize in indoor air quality, moisture and water intrusion and mold and mildew. Utilizing the latest equipment, our team provides state of the art buiding assessments. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the safety and environmental fields, Mr. Norman Ryan, the founder of the company, addresses the problem which is (MOISTURE) as well as the symptom (MOLD). Utilizing state of the art Thermal Imaging Equipment, we offer non-destructive assessment of moisture and water intrusion problems. By combining the expertise of environmental consulting with that of the contractor, our team is diligent in the remediation phase and thorough in the reconstruction aspect.

Ryan Environmental was the first contractor licensed in Louisiana Board of Contractor specialty Room Dehumidification and Mold and Mildew Removal, Commercial License # 39934. and the first specialty Mold Remediator License Issued # 250000. Timely remediation and, unlike most of our competition, we have the capabilities to restore your premises to your specifications through our contractual partner network.

Mold remediation and moisture related remediation projects are based on the New York City Mold Guidelines, the Indoor Air Qualtiyt Association and the IICRC S520 Guidelines. Careful decisions are made to insure your protection from the contaminant while at the same time protecting your assets from unnecessary damage and disposal.

Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) are another service we perform for our real estate and commercial property clients. We perform a fifty year search history of the subject property in preparing your customized assessment report.

Mr. Ryan is a professional member and a former Board member of the Indoor Air Quality Association, an active Board member of the American Council for Accredited Certifications, formerly the American Indoor Air Quality Council, and a member of the Action Committee on the Health Effects of Mold, Microbes and Indoor Contaminants.
